Skiology Resort Manager

Alice is rejoining the Skiology team this winter as our resort manager! Stepping into this role with all the smiles and enthusiasm that we absolutely love about Alice. Previously of Chalet George fame, guests will recognise Alice from several years heading up our previous flagship chalet with partner Ed who is now at the helm of Chalet Meuniers.

Head Chef: Chalet Meunier

YES ED! Back for his 9th Skiology season, 7th winter and 2nd year at the helm of Chalet Meuniers. Racking up overwhelmingly high feedback scores, incredible guest reviews and a following of foodie guests with plans to smuggle him home in their luggage. Ed’s talents in the kitchen seem to know no bounds and we cannot wait to sample the unveiling of his gourmet menu for the winter 2024/2025 season guests in Meuniers.

It’s absolutely fantastic to have you back onboard again this winter Ed, what a treat!

Meg

Resort Manager Assistant

Fresh from a summer season of managing Skiology’s summer chalets, we are stoked to be welcoming Meg back this winter as Resort Manager Alice’s right hand lady. Taking up the role of Resort Managers Assistant this winter plays to all Meg’s strengths and the things that are wonderful about her. Consistently reaching top feedback scores and such personalised reviews, Meg’s talents for anticipatory service, talents in the kitchen and all round kindness and good vibes are all things that the guests love about Meg. And we do too!

This will be Meg’s 4th Skiology season, 3rd winter season. Welcome back Meg! 🙂

Noah

Driver, Maintenance and Logistics

Here is another friendly face that many of you may recognise! Noah is back again this winter season as the warm welcomer at the airport, the maintenance hero that keeps the cogs turning throughout the chalets.

Danii & Lee

Chef & Chalet Manager

With several winter seasons under their belts, Lee and Danii are joining us for their first season in Morzine this winter.

Olivia & Freddie

An exciting first winter season is ahead for Olivia and Freddie. But with a background in hospitality and a shared foodie background- these guys are so Skiology already! 🙂 Welcome onboard Freddie and Olivia!

Emma & Joey

While this is not Joey’s first rodeo, Emma fell in love with winter sports when visiting Joey during his last season. So as well as flexing their hospitality experience, this will be a season for starting as a beginner on the snow and ending as a pro 🙂

Following several winter seasons in Les Menuires in Les 3 Vallées, they are reshuffling a few letters around to head up Skiology’s Chalet Meuniers in Montriond! Teaming up with Chef Ed to deliver our Skiology Lux service this winter.

Dom and Luke’s Mum

Skiology mother Prue (inspiration and teacher)

Inspiration – Mum is the inspiration behind Skiology’s passion for food and always makes sure we go back to the Alps with a doggy bag and handful of recipies to try.

Teacher – if it was not for Mum, Dom might still think that you can cook a burger in a toaster.

Chief sale agent – As years have gone by the contents of Mum’s handbag have gone from wetwipes and sweeties to Skiology flyers and business cards. Mum is hugely supportive of Skiology and lets face facts, if Mum was not proud of what we do then we would probably do something else !

Inspirational Leader

Having two creative sons can be likened to having a food processor without a lid on. As chief Skiology accountant Dad keeps the lid on it all and as an entrepreneur himself he both guides and teaches us. Dad falls nothing short of being our inspirational leader.

Raymond, was a very successful G.M of 5 star hotels and was always on hand for advice whether it be management, setting standards, translating, or maintenance, the list is endless! Sue has a bottomless knowledge of how to keep the chalets looking tip top. If you see both Steph and Dom one evening then you know where Chloe and Luc will be, with Grandma.
